Who is Lithium Picnic, why should I help him?
The alt pinup girl company Suicide Girls have launched a suit against Lithium Picnic over an alleged breach of contract for shooting TFP photos of Apnea which were used on her membership site. Suicide Girls claim that Philip is the owner of Apnea’s site and are trying to take the money she’s made on apneatic.com.
Apnea’s site is and has always been her own in every way possible. Apnea and Philip are now at the stage where they have prove all of this in court, but it costs $350 an hour for attorneys to help help do that.
You can help support Lithium Picnic by purchasing his prints, buying items off the ebay actions, and spreading the word as much as possible.

Lossers and Winners!

Well Alex didn’t win the regionals in the Canada’s Hottest Girl contest. I kind of expected this. Alex is more exotic than the other contestants. Just look here to see what I mean. But it was a fun ride! On the plus side we’ve used this experience to start our own online store. We’re in the process of building it now. It will feature clothing from around the world, hard to find street clothing, and also custom designed clothing by both Alex and I. So stay tuned for that. We’re expecting to release the store by end of summer.
Speaking of which, Alex and I are heading out to do a photo shoot for the store, and we thought we’d put together a PhotoWalking video. If you don’t know what a PhotoWalking video is, head on over here for nfo.
We don’t know yet who we’re going to use as the camera person/interviewer yet thought. But I don’t worry about such things. Our projects always end up coming together.

GHG, last day for Voting!
