Signals – A photoshoot

// March 28th, 2008 // View Comments // photography

signals.jpgNothing is ever forgotten, ignored, or taken for granted when I shoot. You see what I see. Good or bad. Each picture holds at least one feature that’s stood out to me enough to bring the picture into my creative machine.Every shoot, every series has a piece of puzzle that revels to me one more characteristic of my complex interaction reality.
This shoot is another fine addition to my never ending testament of my love and passion. For photography, style, and amazing women.

Montrix – A crush

274452533_e470295c22_m.jpgPosting picture set is a treat, for sure, for me and I’m sure you the viewer. I often hold sets back so I can tell the story about the people involved. Get a little background going on what made the pictures turn out the way they did.
I originally didn’t plan to write one of my little stories for this shoot. All my shoots have stories, in one way or another. This time I wanted to let the pictures speak for themselves. Then I realized that there are some pictures here that look like duplicates. Maybe I couldn’t make my mind up? That would be a fair assumption.
While photographing Pascale I think I might have developed a crush on her!. For the life of me I couldn’t sort through and eliminate the good pictures from the not so good pictures. I liked them all! So I just gave into the feelings this muse was causing in me and did what my heart told me.Featuring the amazing Pascale Filion with make-up by Catherine Legare.

Tania Zygar – A study

// September 25th, 2007 // View Comments // News

This series of pictures was shot during the Summer of 2006. During that Summer I was going a little nuts with the amount of shoots I was doing. I think I did 18 shoots that Summer.
I’d never shot at Mooney’s Bay before. I’d always wanted to but just never found the right person to work with. I’d also been looking forward to shooting with Tania for what seemed like years! So now with the perfect location and the perfect model I was set!
I’m always blessed with the best weather when I shoot. I can’t even shoot in the rain if I planned it! This day with Tania is no different. And of course having a great looking woman helps!
